Lead and execute zerohash’s earned media strategy across financial/business, fintech, crypto, and technology publications
Serve as a strategic communications advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team
Adapt messaging and storytelling based on audience, outlet, and market context
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key reporters, editors, and producers
Drive proactive pitching tied to product launches, partnerships, data reports, and major market moments
Secure executive interviews, thought leadership placements, speaking opportunities, and awards
Shape and refine the corporate narrative across announcements and partner communications
Partner closely with CMO, Product, and Relationship Management on joint announcements and positioning
Leverage proprietary data and market insights to create differentiated story angles
Oversee internal communications alignment as needed

Significant experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or crypto communications (10-12+ years minimum)
Established relationships across major business and financial media
Direct experience advising CEOs and senior executives
Demonstrated ability to distill complex technical and regulatory topics into accessible narratives
Strong data fluency: comfortable anchoring stories in metrics and research
Ability to tailor messaging across institutional, technical, and industry audiences
Executive presence and professionalism suitable for institutional stakeholders
Scrappy, creative operator who can both set strategy and execute independently
