Document existing sales and revenue operations processes, including workflows, roles, handoffs, and systems of record
Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Channel Operations, Systems, and other cross-functional stakeholders to map end-to-end business processes
Create clear, structured documentation such as process maps, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and reference guides
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies in current processes and recommend improvements
Support the standardization of processes across regions, segments, or teams
Assist with maintaining internal documentation repositories and ensuring materials stay current
Present documented processes and recommendations to the GTM Operations team
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to break down complex workflows into clear, logical steps
Comfort working across multiple teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office
Experience with process mapping or documentation (preferred)
Exposure to Salesforce or other business systems (preferred)
Interest in sales operations, business operations, or SaaS environment (preferred)
