About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute world-class B2B Sales and Marketing approaches to identify and solve our customers’ toughest challenges and drive profitable organic growth and new customer acquisition.
Lead several related strategic and tactical initiatives to deliver aggressive profitable top-line growth in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Drive customer satisfaction and growth by directly leveraging market insight and by developing and implementing capabilities, processes, targets and metrics.
Identify and analyze market and customer trends and opportunities.
Define and validate value propositions and go-to-market approaches that provide value to our customers.
Develop go to market strategy with Top 20 Global branded and generic pharmaceutical companies.
Requirements
Pharmaceutical strategy, marketing, and market-development experience preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in direct sales, marketing, and strategic roles required.
Undergraduate college degree, with an MBA preferred.
Relevant marketing and marketing communications experience and strong customer development skills required.
Excellent English and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Spanish, Italian, French, or German language skills is ideal.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
