About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for managing capacity improvement and transition projects across multiple L3Harris sites
Oversee capacity improvement projects across functions and sites
Create and execute project schedules and budgets
Manage transfer projects including knowledge transfer, process handovers, and transition planning
Report to senior leadership on business performance
Identify and validate needed capital investment to support business need
Facilitate cross-functional team formation
Up to 10% business travel within the continental U.S.
Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience
3+ years' experience with Program/Project Management
Advanced business knowledge
Earned value or cost account manager experience
Experience with Capital Management and/or Budget Management during planning phases
Understanding of lean manufacturing and aerospace industry experience is highly desirable
Previous experience with EAR and ITAR
