Requirements
- Ensure a safe work environment for all team members
- Manage value stream related KPIs (SQDCI)
- Drive Southwire Culture of Zero in manufacturing/distribution environments
- Co-lead significant case investigations including root-cause and corrective actions
- Ensure execution of findings of accident investigations and safety alerts
- Lead problem-solving events with corrective actions follow-up
- Create a standard for value stream process
- Develop a motivated workforce emphasizing skill development for safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost goals
