Role Overview
- Develop and manage complex reinsurance strategies
- Build and manage relationships with reinsurers, brokers, and portfolio managers
- Oversee treaty contract compliance and premium planning
- Ensure adherence to Zurich Risk Policy and governance
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience of Reinsurance underwriting or brokerage
- Profound understanding of OSFI’s expectations on sound reinsurance practices
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or economics
- Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset
