Role Overview
Provide direction and coaching to motivate and grow talent.
Work with VP and Director to provide operational guidance and set priorities for the OBS team.
Conduct management team and individual meetings routinely, provide training and tools necessary for processing effectiveness and risk management.
Set measurable business goals for the department and individual managers.
Provide specific feedback to the OBS leads supporting the team for growth and development.
Build internal and external relationships to facilitate administration of service delivery.
Serve as expert across the multiple OBS functions possessing deep responsibility insight and a steward for a strong control environment.
Requirements
Proven record of providing direction, motivating and growing employees to drive performance.
Demonstrated management abilities and leadership skills to include leading by example, coaching techniques, counseling, group facilitation and change management.
Strong business acumen to support decision making tactics in a fast paced, budget metric driven, service environment.
Motivation to drive for results and be a self-starter who can adapt to change and “think outside” the box using both analytical and technical skills to solve problems.
5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
5+ years of project management and business analysis experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
