Act as the primary liaison between the Radiation and Imaging Team and clinical practices by facilitating clear communication, providing expert guidance and operational support, and ensuring the effective implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance patient care, optimize workflows, and advance organizational goals across the network.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Radiation and Imaging by providing strategic guidance and technical expertise in technology planning, budget development, and workflow analysis, ensuring that solutions are evidence-based, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with practice leadership to design, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives that drive growth and diversification in radiation and imaging services, leveraging data-driven insights, operational optimization, and innovative technologies to enhance patient care, expand service offerings, and improve financial performance across the network.
Translate complex data insights across customer, financial, market and business trends into meaningful business strategies and recommendations that justify innovation opportunities.
Coordinate and support large, complex projects (including capital projects for new clinical equipment) by facilitating collaboration among multiple stakeholders, managing project timelines and resources, ensuring clear communication, and driving strategic discussions to achieve successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
Develop, organize, and communicate high-quality content for presentations and reports by synthesizing complex information, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences, and ensuring timely dissemination to support strategic decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Radiation Oncology or management experience in a related field
Ability to assess and understand financial and business reports
Proficient in using Microsoft applications to present and manipulate data
Strong working knowledge of Radiation and Imaging Services, including technology, workflows, and business operations
Time and project management skills to ensure business timelines are met
Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to collaborate with other teams
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key leaders, staff, and physicians
