Role Overview
- Liaises with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes
- Understands business challenges related to people, processes, and/or technology and translates them into process solutions.
- Uses proven experience in title production operations and systems to analyze business requirements, design and develop effective solutions while working with the business
- Design and optimize workflows automation efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
- Hands-on experience with BPM platforms such as jBPM, Camunda, or comparable tools.
