Insurance Transfer Representative

Role Overview

• Generate qualified leads for Licensed Insurance Agents
• Answer inbound calls and verify Medicare Parts A & B eligibility using a script
• Deliver brief scripted information
• Transfer qualified callers to a Licensed Insurance Agent
• Maintain required call volume and conversion standards
• Represent the company with professionalism and energy

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Clear verbal communication skills
• Ability to read a script naturally and build quick rapport
• Ability to multitask(example: typing and navigating multiple screens while on calls)
• Prioritize and manage time
• Reliable transportation to work on-site in Clearwater, FL
• Fluent in English
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience as a Fronter, Opener, or Lead Qualifier is preferred but not required.
• Motivation, and desire to achieve.
