Role Overview
Develop and execute strategies to win new contracts, generate leads, and exceed revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at healthcare organizations
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities in the locum tenens space
Present tailored solutions to address physician labor challenges, highlighting the company's unique value proposition
Manage, mentor, and guide a team of business development representatives (if applicable)
Work with recruiting, compliance, and credentialing teams for seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
Proven success in healthcare staffing sales (5+ years often required)
Experience leading sales teams (2+ years)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a drive to win
Deep understanding of the locum tenens market and healthcare industry
Ability to work with senior leadership and internal stakeholders
