- Enable Conga’s customer base on best practices to ensure adoption of their Conga solutions
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience, engaged partnership and ROI on mission-critical business solutions
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide exceptional service
- Develop loyal customers through targeted and strategic conversations
Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior experience in a field services role (Professional Services, Technical Support, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
- Champion of the Customer
- Confident and deliberate communicator
- Natural collaborator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry expertise in Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/or the Salesforce platform
