Conducting environmental and socio-economic research (primary and secondary source research)
Supporting intermediate and senior staff with managing client relationships and projects delivery

Work with our team on significant power, renewable energy, and mining projects
Supporting day-to-day implementation of small to large-scale multidisciplinary environmental impact assessments
Report writing, research, and desktop studies
Multidisciplinary team coordination
Implementing consultation and engagement programs
Supporting business development activities
Assisting with project management duties including budget, scope, and schedule tracking
Requirements
Post-secondary degree specializing in a related technical environmental discipline (environmental science or engineering, ecology, environmental law/policy)
5+ years experience required (experience in power/renewables/mining preferred)
Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong technical writing skills
An understanding of Indigenous communities in Canada
An understanding of municipal, provincial, and federal environmental regulatory and permitting requirements
Experience in a similar role in an environmental consulting environment is considered an asset
An understanding of international environmental and social impact assessment standards is an asset
Ability to travel within Canada periodically, as required (up to 10% of the time)
