Responsible for closing new Packsize accounts within a defined area
Spend time with potential customers (40 hours per month of face-to-face and/or virtual meetings)
Oversee proposals, negotiate terms/conditions, and implement contractual agreements
Conduct meetings to understand prospective customers' current packaging process
Proactively reach out to new prospects to set up initial meetings and/or presentations
Design and implement optimum process flows that reduce cost, improve efficiency and sustainability
Work alongside Packsize software and Sales Engineers to develop right size packaging process flows
Close a determined amount of new business per year, primarily defined in revenue generated
Work directly with existing business sales team to ensure expectations are met and customer is delighted

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (7+ years in sales)
2-5 years successful track record in a complex selling environment to C-Level executives
Significant experience in a multifaceted, strategic sales process
Ability to manage a full funnel and pipeline selling process
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Positive attitude and a commitment to professionalism
Demonstrated ability to lead change, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsible for running the territory as a business
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
