Role Overview

- Develop staff and deliver structural projects
- Assist in pursuing opportunities and manage bridge staff
- Collaborate with project managers and technical staff
- Prepare specifications, details, and construction plans
- Assign duties and mentor mid-level staff
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in highway bridge design
- Minimum experience of 8 years
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Structural Engineer (S.E.) in Illinois
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering is desirable
- Experience with MicroStation or OpenBridge Modeler is preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite preferred
- Experience with structural design software packages such as Bentley OpenBridge Designer is desirable
- Experience with Midas Civil or Larsa4D is desirable
