Lead hands-on delivery of global technical enablement and certifications program for Sigma’s System Integrator (SI) partners
Deliver monthly specialist training programs covering AI Apps, Embedding, and Administration across geographies
Act as the primary technical authority for partner enablement
Design, evolve, and deliver structured training programs that build deep technical competency across partner engineering teams
Coordinate training logistics, agendas, and regional adaptations to ensure consistent delivery worldwide
Represent Sigma as a technical educator at partner summits, enablement events, and internal forums

8-12 years of experience in solution engineering, partner enablement, or consulting delivery
Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Sigma, dbt, Databricks, etc.
Strong SQL skills, with hands-on exposure to BI, data warehousing, or embedded analytics
Comfort in customer
and partner-facing technical roles
Preferred Certifications: SnowPro Core or Advanced Architect, Databricks Certified Associate Developer or Data Engineer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-growth, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel globally 75%+
