Lead Antora's efforts to identify, evaluate, acquire, and complete development of energy projects for long duration energy storage (LDES) deployment.
Evaluate projects for acquisition, negotiate purchase terms and development agreements, and shepherd projects through to deployment readiness.
Manage relationships with renewable developers, navigate data rooms and due diligence processes.
Serve as Antora's primary point of contact for project acquisition and partnership opportunities.
Complete development of acquired projects—either directly or through outsourced development support—including permitting, interconnection, land rights.
Negotiate project development agreements with partners (e.g., co-development arrangements, development services agreements).
Track and manage project development budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, with direct experience in project acquisition, M&A, or development partnerships.
Track record of successfully acquiring and developing utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage, or similar).
Strong commercial judgment with ability to evaluate project economics, identify risks, and structure deals appropriately.
Experience negotiating MIPAs, asset purchase agreements, project development agreements, and related transaction documents.
Familiarity with project development processes including permitting, interconnection, land/real estate, and offtake.
Ability to manage multiple projects and counterparty relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with ability to distill complex project details into clear recommendations for leadership.
