Role Overview
- Define and drive the end‑to‑end technology strategy for Legal, Compliance, and EHS
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for Legal, Compliance, and EHS technology initiatives
- Serve as the primary technology partner to Legal, Compliance, and EHS leadership
- Lead platform selection, implementation, and evolution for Legal, Compliance, and EHS systems
- Establish data governance and analytics strategies
- Drive the modernization of legal operations through Legal Service Delivery platforms
- Build strong partnerships across Legal, Compliance, EHS, IT, Data, Finance, and external vendors
- Lead change management, communication, and adoption strategies for new platforms and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in product management, technology leadership, or digital transformation roles within Legal, Compliance, Risk, or EHS domains
- Experience leading enterprise platforms and integrations supporting regulated or risk‑sensitive business processes
- Proven ability to define roadmaps, manage competing priorities, and deliver complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills
