Vice President of Operations – Strategic Growth

Role Overview

• Lead strategy execution
• Provide operational leadership & systems ownership (outside of HR and Finance)
• Strengthen growth alignment & leadership
• Guide technology & strategic initiatives
• Serve as an Executive leader

Requirements

• Senior operational leadership experience in a professional services firm
• Experience supporting growth in consulting, AEC, or similar billable-staff environments
• Strong understanding of systems that enable project delivery and financial performance
• Demonstrated ability to implement strategic initiatives across multiple teams
• Credibility leading change with senior technical leaders
• Preferred: Experience in the AEC or environmental consulting industry
• Preferred: MBA, formal business training, or relevant advanced degree
• Preferred: Experience with technology or digital transformation
• Preferred: Exposure to post-growth scaling or M&A integration
