Represent the partner ecosystem in strategic initiatives, working across functions to contribute to company growth.
Examples include: acquisition integration planning and execution, data analysis and migration, business process and systems integration, and business reporting.
Lead program work streams designed to implement/change current system capabilities or improve a process.
Develop a plan with stakeholder input and execute with minimal oversight.
Hold self and others accountable to program governance and project management framework including creating and maintaining project plans and RAID logs.
Drive data analysis across Salesforce and acquired companies to transition legacy and new partners into Salesforce.
Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making.
Assist in developing and delivering presentations for steering committees and executive stakeholders.
Own metrics to showcase M&A impact on partner revenue, capacity, and experience.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis for strategic planning and integration efforts.
Establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization.
Requirements
2-4 years work experience focused on business analysis, IT project management, or management consulting.
Experience in software products and understanding of sales and post sales cycle.
M&A experience is a plus.
Undergraduate degree. MBA a plus.
Strong Analytical Skills and Strategic Thinking: Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills, with experience analyzing datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau and/or SQL.
Strong Google suite skills (including Gemini and NotebookLM).
Ability to quickly ramp on collaboration technologies (Slack, canvases, slackbot).
Confidence and strong presentation skills, with experience developing decks conveying insights from data analysis using Google Slides, and presenting to peers and leaders.
Demonstrates high EQ, tact, diplomacy, and self awareness.
