Role Overview
- Diagnose and solve technical and non-technical issues through phone, email, and chat
- Assist Smart Owners with installing ecobee devices and software inquiries
- Provide guidance and knowledge about energy conservation
- Ensure memorable experiences for Smart Owners during the first 8 weeks of paid training
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience is a must
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and effectively use various tools and systems
- Ability to search for and find answers independently
- Aptitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technology
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish language is an asset
