About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary liaison for branch personnel regarding deposit applications, operations, risk reviews, and exception tracking.
Maintain knowledge of deposit systems and operational procedures.
Provide training, coaching, and support.
Conduct quarterly cash audits and monthly risk checkpoints.
Review exception reports and develop plans to reduce exceptions.
Review teller over/short reports and assist in resolution.
Review cash items and collections.
Communicate routinely with Regional Banking Managers, Branch Managers, and Presidents.
Conduct routine branch visits (travel required).
Requirements
Associate degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
At least two years of branch banking experience
Strong attention to detail
Multitasking ability
Communication, and customer interaction skills
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and bank software programs
