Review and interpret customer specifications, drawings, and application requirements to develop customized MCC solutions.
Complete sales orders from initial review through final release by creating and modifying electrical schematics, mechanical models, and complete Bill of Materials (BOM).
Communicate technical questions, exceptions, decisions, and design rationale to customers and our teams.
Collaborate with Manufacturing to provide build instructions, resolve assembly issues, and ensure the final product meets customer needs and internal quality standards.
Lead projects across several industries, ensuring you meet milestone dates and deliverables while balancing technical, schedule, and commercial considerations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Travel up to 10% of the time.
Legal authorization to work in the United States (Rockwell Automation will not sponsor visas now or in the future for this role).
A valid drivers license.
2+ years of experience working in manufacturing environments.
Experience with electrical CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical) and mechanical CAD tools (e.g., Pro/Engineer/Creo).
Experience in motor control, power distribution, or related industrial systems.
Experience managing multiple engineering projects with defined milestones.
Prior experience in electrical or mechanical engineering disciplines.
Rockwell Automation product experience.
