About this role
Role Overview
- Own end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, lifecycle, content, partnerships, and events
- Build and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for product launches and growth initiatives
- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth for B2B segments while supporting SMB and self-serve acquisition channels
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for CAC, conversion rate, and ROI
- Manage vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed
- Collaborate with Sales to align messaging, enablement materials, and funnel performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or tech-enabled services
- Proven experience supporting both sales-led B2B funnels and self-serve or SMB growth motions
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to drive decisions
- Hands-on execution skills (this is not a purely strategic role)
- Experience running campaigns across multiple channels (paid, email, content, partnerships, events)
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly in a startup or high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
