Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with Adobe's goals and objectives
Validate and build Generative AI-driven features through user interviews, quantitative research, and market analysis
Build and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's development journey and milestones from conception to launch
Work closely with AI engineers, Designers and other Product Managers to conceptualize and build GenAI features
Become an expert in Generative AI and how to leverage its strengths in a safety-preserving way
Present concepts, insights, and key findings to key influencers and leaders

Proven experience as a product manager in a software development environment
A technical background or degree is preferred, especially related to Generative AI
Bonus points for having expertise and experience with evaluation of Generative AI features
True passion for crafting something from nothing
Experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies preferred
Strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends
A willingness to challenge assumptions, solicit different perspectives, and understand the 'why' and not just the 'what'
