Manage client accounts and serve as their dedicated advocate and strategic advisor
Onboard new clients, including conducting kickoff meetings and organizing client materials
Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication
Address client inquiries and requests
Manage accounts to ensure services stay within budget while meeting client needs
Drive client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service
Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress
Hold monthly and quarterly performance review meetings with clients
Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team
Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent note-taking abilities and organizational skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in client-friendly language
Excellent multitasking and deadline management abilities
Comfortable with phone calls and virtual meetings (Microsoft Teams, etc.)
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Understanding of web design and digital marketing concepts (a plus, but not required)
Proficiency with CRM software
Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment
Ability to respond to feedback and criticism positively
Must be a team player who collaborates effectively while also being capable of working independently
Experience in Digital Marketing is not necessary but a plus.
