About this role
Role Overview
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, using CRM tools effectively.
Identify new business opportunities across different industries and market segments.
Deliver compelling sales presentations focused on client needs and solutions.
Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Track performance metrics and generate sales reports for ongoing optimization.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C), ideally in services, consulting, SaaS, or high-value products.
Ability to work toward ambitious goals and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with sales metrics.
High commercial drive, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, energetic attitude.
