About this role
Role Overview
Run 6-10 discovery calls per day with pre-qualified prospects
Present our service, handle objections, and close deals
Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accuracy and discipline
Send proposals and follow up to close
Hit monthly targets: 20+ deals closed.
Work closely with BDRs to ensure lead quality and feedback loop
Requirements
**Experience: **3+ years B2B sales experience in a closing role (not just lead gen)
**Track Record: **Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
**Skills: **Confident on video calls, sharp objection handling, consultative selling approach
**Tech: **HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM experience
**Mindset: **Self-motivated, competitive, resilient
you thrive on targets
**Bonus: **Staffing, recruitment, SaaS, advertising, marketing, or professional services experience a plus
