Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager’s staff managers including Production, Planning, Quality/Test, Purchasing, Manufacturing/CI, and Safety
Create, edit, and distribute written communications
Coordinate employee meetings and external visitor engagements
Provide hands-on training for staff in personal computing skills
Coordinate and arrange travel and hospitality requirements for Leadership Team
Manage events planning with hotel and catering vendors
Provide administrative support to customers and guests
Requirements
High school diploma with at least 5 years of business support experience
Executive assistant to multiple managers, or office management
Associate’s degree in business related field preferred
Knowledge of SAP/ERP Systems and advanced Microsoft Suite/Excel Skills preferred
Clerical skills in a production or manufacturing background preferred
