About this role
Role Overview
Take ownership of qualified leads handed over by the setting team and move them efficiently through the pipeline, by scheduling discovery calls.
Maintain rigorous follow-ups and touchpoints to convert warm opportunities into signed agreements.
Collaborate closely with the sales team in weekly syncs to refine strategies, share feedback on lead quality, and ensure alignment across the funnel.
Manage your schedule independently, leveraging time-blocking and CRM tools to stay on top of deals, deadlines, and pipeline priorities.
Requirements
3+ years of direct Business Development/Growth experience in Web3/crypto
Past experience in closing sales
Experience in cold outreach across different channels
