Ensure delivery of the Workday capabilities across the specific use cases at Customer
Responsible for day-to-day administration of the project
Monitor project status taking action to prevent timeline slippage
Control project costs and make project performance transparent through formal status reporting
Review all project milestone deliverables and facilitate review and approval process
Monitor redesign of operational processes and confirm approach for tracking performance improvement
Implement issues resolution and risk mitigation processes
Develop and oversee implementation of project communication plan
Manage relationships with Workday, consultants, and contractors

Must have a current Workday Certification
Must have experience with new Workday implementations
Excellent program/project management experience
Onsite travel 25% maximum
Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other Health Care related field or equivalent experience
Relevant experience of 2-5 years within a healthcare environment
Relevant Information Systems analyst experience of 3-5 years
Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to analyze issues and assess technical risks
Ability to manage multiple projects and issues adjusting priorities as needed
