Own the day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and website marketing efforts
Set up and maintain lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS
Monitor performance and ensure website functions smoothly from a marketing perspective
Troubleshoot issues like broken links, 404s, and form flows
Collaborate with marketing and clinical/content teams to implement copy and messaging
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
Run A/B tests and use data to recommend and implement iterative improvements
Manage marketing-related website updates in Webflow
Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations
Some experience with email and SMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar) but willingness to learn in-house proprietary tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and take action
Some experience working in Webflow, including basic site management and troubleshooting
Comfort working across multiple tools and platforms simultaneously
