About this role
Role Overview
Own the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day execution of revenue operations function
Design, implement, and continually optimize the end-to-end RevOps framework
Own the revenue tech stack strategy and architecture
Collaborate with the CRO and functional leaders to define and iterate on revenue models
Serve as primary administrator and systems owner for all GTM tools
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity in Salesforce
Build and own all reporting, dashboards, and analytics in Salesforce
Partner with internal AI teams to test and deploy AI tools that streamline operational workflows
Requirements
3+ years in Revenue Operations roles (Manager, Architect, or above)
Deep technical expertise in Salesforce administration, system architecture, integrations, and automation
Proven track record in maintaining high data quality standards in CRM systems
Experience owning and integrating complex GTM systems (HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Clay, Factors.ai, Unify, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with expertise in building dashboards and modeling revenue data
Experience supporting executive teams with board-level reporting and strategic planning
Demonstrated success in rolling out AI or automation solutions in GTM workflows
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment; a bias for action and ownership
