Portfolio & Competency Vetting: Go beyond the resume. You’ll be responsible for initial portfolio reviews for creatives and technical/compliance checks for engineers and medical staff.
International Headhunting: Proactively source top-tier talent in Europe and Brazil, navigating different time zones and talent pools to find the best global fits.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a talent advisor to our leadership team, refining job specs and ensuring our hiring bar remains exceptionally high.
Requirements
5+ Years of Experience: Proven success in a Senior Recruitment role within a high-growth startup, HealthTech, or Creative Agency environment.
Greenhouse Mastery: You don’t just use Greenhouse; you know how to configure it for maximum efficiency. Hands-on experience is a strict requirement.
The "Triple Threat" Recruiter: You have a proven track record of hiring for Creative (portfolio-based), Technical (code-based), and Clinical (compliance-based) roles.
Global Expertise: Specific experience sourcing and hiring in Europe and Brazil.
Elite Communication: Flawless English (written and verbal). You must be able to represent Lumi to high-level U.S. doctors and world-class Creative Directors alike.
Detail Obsession: You are highly organized and proactive. You believe that a clean pipeline and a fast candidate response time are the keys to winning top talent.
Availability: Must be able to work and sync during U.S. business hours.
