About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary account manager for a portfolio of fashion brand, retail, and technology partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring each partnership is well-supported and delivering mutual value.
Create clear workback schedules and launch plans for each partner integration or campaign.
Evaluate partners’ technical integration requirements early in the engagement.
Work closely with SPREEAI’s product and engineering teams to facilitate seamless partner integrations.
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across the fashion, AI, and e-commerce ecosystem.
Monitor partnership performance metrics and outcomes (integration adoption, shopper engagement, revenue generation, etc.).
Take a scrappy, resourceful approach to overcoming obstacles and ambiguities.
Serve as the liaison between partners and SPREEAI’s internal teams.
Requirements
5+ years in partnerships, business development, or account management roles, preferably at high-growth tech or e-commerce companies.
Experience with fast-moving commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Temu, etc.) is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of online retail platforms and commerce technology stacks – especially Shopify and related e-commerce tools.
Proven ability to create and execute detailed project plans or workback schedules for complex initiatives.
Ability to quickly grasp technical integration concepts and constraints.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, solution-oriented thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments.
A driven, revenue-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
