About this role
Role Overview
Regularly update the website using the Divvy theme, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and visually appealing.
Implement SEO best practices for on-page and off-page optimization, including keyword research, meta tags, and backlink strategies to improve search engine rankings.
Upload new blog posts to the website, ensuring proper formatting, alignment with SEO strategies, and the inclusion of relevant images and tags.
Update the website with current specials and promotions, ensuring they are clearly presented and aligned with marketing campaigns.
Populate and manage our Mailchimp database, ensuring accurate segmentation based on audience behavior, interests, and other relevant criteria.
Plan, segment, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and content, including newsletters and promotional offers.
Analyze email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates) to assess campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.
Create and upload posts for social media competitions across our platforms, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet branding standards.
Manage the selection of competition winners, ensuring that this process is completed by Friday, with announcements made over the weekend or early Monday.
Oversee responses and engagements on social media platforms, maintaining a positive brand image and promptly addressing inquiries.
Provide regular reports on website analytics, email campaign performance, social media engagement, and competition outcomes.
Conduct A/B testing for email campaigns and website content, analyzing results to refine strategies for improved performance.
Requirements
Proven experience with WordPress, specifically with Divvy themes or similar.
Strong technical skills in website management, including familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting and updates.
Deep understanding of SEO best practices, including experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Proficiency in Mailchimp, including experience with setting up automated campaigns, list segmentation, and performance analysis.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and reporting metrics.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools to drive optimization of digital marketing efforts.
Familiarity with Google Ads (navigating the interface, basic edits, and reporting).
Google Ads certification is a plus but not required.
