Role Overview
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and before government agencies
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents
- Provide legal counsel to clients on transactions and business matters
- Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes effectively
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience practicing law
- Personal injury or construction defect defense is a plus
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and familiarity with legal procedure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable with exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Active California State Bar membership in good standing
- Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
