About this role
Role Overview
Advocate for the safety, well-being, and permanency of Florida’s abused, abandoned, and neglected children
Ensure Florida and federal legal requirements are met to secure permanent and safe homes for dependent children
Collaborate with investigators and case managers to gather evidence necessary to support legal action
Prepare partners to serve as witnesses at trial
Employ best practice litigation techniques to lead the nation in dependency advocacy
Requirements
Law Degree
Member of the Florida Bar
Supervising attorney experience
Litigation experience preferred
Strong communication and writing skills
