Advising and representing employers, employees and executives on all employment law matters
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating employment and termination agreements
Litigation before labor courts at all levels
Advising on employment law aspects of company acquisitions, restructurings, business changes and employment compliance issues
Collaborating with other legal practice areas and internal teams within the firm, particularly tax law
Requirements
Fully qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' professional experience in employment law — ideally a certified specialist (Fachanwalt) in labor law
Successfully passed state examinations with a combined score of at least 15 points
Experience in independently managing client mandates and representing clients in employment court proceedings
Strong expertise in employment law
Strategic thinking and an interest in business and economic contexts
Enjoyment of solution-oriented, independently managed client work
Strong communication skills and excellent command of German, both written and spoken
Good English skills, both written and spoken
