Partner Attorney – Consumer

Role Overview

• Responsible for a portfolio of consumer and civil litigation cases;
• Drafting all pleadings and filings for the portfolio;
• Negotiating and executing settlements;
• Updating the firm's and client's case management systems;
• Case monitoring and procedural follow-up;
• Other routine tasks related to the portfolio.

Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration;
• Law degree (undergraduate complete); postgraduate specialization in the area is desirable;
• Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
• Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
• Strong writing skills and analytical reasoning are essential;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
• Ability to manage high case volumes and urgent demands;
• Verbal and written communication skills;
• Reliability and consistent attendance.
