Role Overview
- Supervise and support field clinical staff across day and night shifts
- Coordinate and oversee patient care plans
- Conduct regular patient home visits and staff evaluations
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead staff training, case conferences, and performance reviews
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing in home care
- Hands-on experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
