About this role
Role Overview
Conduct market research, identifying your target clients, understanding their needs, and unlock enterprise-level opportunities across the UK and Irish markets.
Identify and pursue new opportunities through proactive outreach, including outbound calls, emails, social media engagement, networking, and attending industry events.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio, key features, and competitive advantages to strengthen commercial positioning.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients using a consultative sales approach that highlights Teltonika’s value proposition.
Regularly represent Teltonika Networks at meetings, exhibitions and networking events across the UK and Ireland to promote our products and brand.
Prepare tailored commercial offers and oversee contracts to meet and exceed sales development goals.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting through our internal CRM system.
Collaborate with technical support and R&D to ensure client needs are met with the best possible solutions and service.
Requirements
A performance-driven sales professional with a track record of proven success in B2B enterprise-level sales.
Ideally, with experience in IoT hardware or industrial networking (industrial routers, networking devices and / or connectivity devices) or related field.
Highly skilled in outbound prospecting and lead generation, as well as some strong connections within a relevant industry in the territories. Allowing you to quickly develop potential interest with the confidence that you have an exceptional product behind you.
A consultative approach to doing business, understanding the clients’ needs and pain points, with an ability to show how our solutions will resolve both.
A commercial ambition that matches our engineering ambition. Our factory will develop over 1.2 million devices per month. We are ready for clients.
Strong, professional communication and presentation skills, with excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
A keen interest or educational background in IOT, IT and / or business would be beneficial.
Full UK Driving license and access to your own vehicle.
