Identify, target, and secure new client partnerships for staffing and consulting services
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach (cold calling, email, networking, referrals, and digital channels)
Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and key decision-makers
Present and position contract staffing, managed services, and direct hire solutions tailored to client needs
Own the full sales cycle
from initial outreach through deal close and client handoff
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in ATS/CRM
Support account managers in expanding existing client relationships by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to upsell and cross-sell efforts when requested
Represent the company at industry events, networking engagements, and client meetings as needed
Requirements
2-4 years of business development experience within the staffing industry
Proven track record of generating new business and driving revenue growth (this is not an account management role)
Experience selling contract staffing, consulting services, and/or direct hire solutions
Strong prospecting and client acquisition skills across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Background in recruiting or talent acquisition (preferred)
