About this role
Role Overview
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including creation of job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment forms; job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and candidate endorsement.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the company’s Applicant Tracking System (preferably with experience in Zoho Recruit).
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Prepare and update job descriptions and role profiles as needed.
Support onboarding efforts to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates) to identify areas for process improvement.
Represent Sozoroad professionally and positively in all candidate and partner interactions.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Availability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for collaboration with the team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and represent Sozoroad’s culture.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination—preferably in a consulting, tech, or startup environment, but not required.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho Recruit experience preferred, but not required).
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with attention to detail and urgency.
Understanding of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and recruitment marketing techniques.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
