Role Overview
- Ensure every new Wiser starts strong and every teammate gets timely, friendly support
- Run onboarding and offboarding, manage helpdesk queues in Airtable and Genuity
- Keep automation flows reliable in tools like Zapier, n8n, Make
- Own day-to-day asset management for device tracking
- Collaborate with Ops, Talent, and Service Delivery Teams to improve processes
Requirements
- 1–2 years in IT support or operations with a service mindset
- Hands-on with Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Familiar with Google Workspace admin, SSO concepts, and SaaS provisioning workflows
- Comfortable working in Rippling or similar HRIS platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple requests
- Clear, kind communicator with tidy documentation
- Bonus points for Airtable or Genuity helpdesk experience, or light scripting or API/webhook familiarity
