Drive data source and tool innovations based on stakeholder data needs, including adoption of Big Data technologies
Develop a program to train and enhance associate skill sets
Actively champion the usage and adoption of data tools and solutions across the entire US Card Data Analyst community
Lead the ongoing migration from an on-premise implementation to a cloud based (AWS) implementation
Provide strategic leadership on large cross-functional horizontal initiatives
Report on data analysis activities to partner groups, incorporating novel reporting and data visualization techniques
Partner with diverse stakeholders (from Analysts to Executives) to deliver horizontally and vertically
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus at least 9 years of experience in data analytics, or Master's Degree plus at least 7 years of experience in data analytics, or PhD plus at least 4 years of experience in data analytics
At least 5 years of Professional Data Analysis experience
At least 5 years of People Management experience
At least 2 years of Big Data technology experience
At least 2 years of Data Visualization experience
10+ years of Professional Data Analysis experience preferred
5+ years of Big Data experience (AWS and Spark) preferred
5+ years of cloud native (AWS) data processing experience preferred
5+ years of Process Management experience preferred
5+ years of Project Management experience preferred
5+ years of experience with Python preferred
5+ years of Data Governance experience preferred
2+ years of experience with streaming data technologies (Kafka, Flink, Spark streaming) preferred
