Travelling across the USA & Canada to attend events, expos, and community meetings representing LemFi as a brand ambassador.
Build and expand LemFi’s community network by networking with local leaders, partners, and organisations, setting up meetings and agreeing sponsorship for existing community events.
Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to South-East Asian ex-pat communities in the US.
Own growth targets for assigned markets, consistently driving results across online and offline channels.
Lead community-driven initiatives to build trust, awareness, and advocacy for LemFi.
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with relevant organisations and businesses to accelerate user growth.
Requirements
Relevant Experience in fast-paced environments, with a background in growth, sales, or marketing.
Growth Mindset: Proven ability to work against targets and deliver measurable results.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Community Expertise: Deep understanding of the Asian community in the United States.
