10+ years of experience as a commercial lines producer, primarily within the middle-market and/or large account space.
Proven record of sales success, consistently meeting or exceeding new business and retention goals.
Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and sustain a profitable book of business through strategic prospecting and relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to articulate value and win trust with executive-level clients.
Active, current P&C License (advanced designations such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM a plus).
Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to win and the discipline to execute in a fast-paced environment.
