Partner across various teams in Commercial Estimating to drive strategy, development, and execution of improvement ideas
Leverage estimating and technical knowledge to build next generation processes and tools
Conduct analysis and mentor the broader Estimating community with estimates, pricing strategies, proposals, and business case analysis
Drive the Estimating organization forward while continuing to learn and develop technical and leadership skills
Develop and deliver training to support future Estimating skill needs

Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years of experience in a business-related function
Experience leading projects and teams
Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
