About this role
Role Overview
Support and grow the Class A and B foam systems and agent business with current and new clients.
Expand and strengthen the Class A and Class B foam systems and agent business with both existing and prospective clients.
Grow the sprinkler contractor customer base and identify new municipal distributor opportunities to enhance market reach.
Maintain strong relationships with current municipal distributors while actively pursuing new partnerships.
Establish and sustain trusted networks with architects, engineers, sprinkler contractors, municipal distributors, and end users.
Manage, support, and deepen customer relationships through consistent communication and value-added engagement.
Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive quotes for foam systems and foam agents in alignment with company pricing and strategy.
Document all customer interactions—including calls, site visits, meetings, and training sessions—in the CRM module within NetSuite.
Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and provide recommendations that support ongoing sales strategy development.
Lead by example with a hands-on, field-oriented approach that brings energy, passion, and focus to the team.
Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture that aligns with company values and drives collective success.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in sales or technical services with product and equipment knowledge within the fire suppressants market.
Strong knowledge of NFPA requirements for flammable liquid system design and installation.
Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain productive, relationships with customers and team members.
Ability to travel 50–60% of the time.
